Amee Davis

Amee H. Davis is the founding member of Davis & Associates and a trusted legal professional in Georgia’s real estate community. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Valdosta State University and her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School.
Amee is passionate about education and actively teaches Georgia Real Estate Commission continuing education courses to real estate professionals across the state. She is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Real Estate Attorneys Association, Cobb Board of Realtors, West Cobb Business Association, and several other real estate organizations throughout Metro Atlanta. Amee’s deep knowledge of real estate law and her commitment to client service are the foundation of the firm’s reputation and success.
Heather Clift

Heather M. Clift brings a strong litigation background and deep knowledge of real estate law to her role at Davis & Associates. A Georgia native, she earned her Bachelor of Arts from Piedmont University and her Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
Heather began her legal career representing clients in real estate contract disputes, title issues, foreclosure litigation, and landlord-tenant matters. This litigation experience gives her a unique perspective and skillset that enhances her work in residential real estate closings. She is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and is committed to providing clients with a smooth and informed closing experience.
CONNIE GARMON

Connie Garmon is a seasoned Closing Coordinator with over 20 years of experience in the legal and real estate closing industry. Her expertise includes managing disbursements, balancing files, finalizing post-closing documentation, and ensuring every detail is handled with accuracy and care.
Known for her calm demeanor and strong work ethic, Connie is a valued member of the Davis & Associates team. She takes pride in supporting smooth, efficient closings and enjoys being part of a firm where client service and professionalism are top priorities.
HOLLY WARREN
Closing Coordinator
With more than three decades of experience in real estate law and closings, Holly Warren is a trusted and knowledgeable presence on the Davis & Associates team. She has held positions across the full spectrum of the closing process—including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing—and is known for her detail-oriented work, problem-solving skills, and dependable nature.
Since joining the firm in 2016, Holly has continued to support seamless closings for our clients, drawing on her background in training, title clearance, disbursements, escrow management, and more. She is always ready for a new challenge and approaches her work with a commitment to excellence and a passion for learning.
MAGGIE SENNETT
Post Closing Manager
Maggie Sennett joined Davis & Associates in 2019 and supports the firm as a Post Closing Manager and office assistant. Her professional background includes roles in finance, education, and administrative support—experience that has shaped her strong organizational skills and client-focused mindset.
A longtime resident of Huntsville, Alabama, Maggie’s life has taken her around the world, from Seoul, Korea to Germany, as the spouse of a military officer. She brings warmth, reliability, and a global perspective to the firm. Maggie is a proud mother of two daughters, both Mississippi State University graduates.
REBA BOLLEN
Closing Coordinator
Reba Bollen brings over 27 years of experience in real estate closings to her role at Davis & Associates. Her career began on the lending side of the business, working with home improvement mortgage lenders and a mortgage broker before transitioning to real estate law. Since then, she has built a reputation as a versatile closer who thrives on clear communication and collaboration with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
Reba joined Davis & Associates in 2013 and continues to enjoy the fast pace and constant evolution of the industry. She’s always seeking opportunities to grow both professionally and personally, and she brings that same energy and dedication to every closing she facilitates.
